UNPLASTIFY CLUB

Less plastic, more action

An educational initiative aimed at creating a plastic-free community in schools to solve the plastic problem through concrete actions.

This invitation is extended to all High School students.
Important! Club representatives must have participated in the Unplastify Challenge for Schools.

Each school will have its Chapter, they will be part of a community of Chapters that form the Unplastify Club. The internal organization will be based on the Captains and the capabilities of each school. Captains will be responsible for shaping and implementing the Chapter through the various meetings, initiatives, and activities proposed by Unplastify.

At Club meetings, members will engage in a series of mentor-led activities aimed at developing effective plastic reduction strategies.

 What are the activities?

Unplastify offers a series of activities that Club members can unplastify their community. Chapters must complete a minimum number of activities in the different areas to earn badges and unlock recognition levels.
We also encourage them to make new suggestions and add different types of activities!

We present the areas of work in which you can deepen your knowledge.

The more we know the problem, the easier it is to solve. In the Laboratory, we are dedicated to researching and mapping different types of plastic in our school community. Our goal is to better understand the impact on the environment and look for more sustainable, evidence-based alternatives.

Impact criteria: Kilograms of plastic mapped.

The best way to learn is to take action. We are leading initiatives to reduce plastic use at special events and activities within the school. We also continue to work on projects that we have found valuable in previous years and/or have selected from the Unplastify Project Gallery, using effective strategies to unplastify our environment.

Impact criteria: Kilograms of plastic eliminated.

Let's start spreading the word. In Community, we seek to develop campaigns to inspire more people to join the unplastifying movement. Our goal is to spread the message about the impact our actions have when it comes to avoiding single-use plastics and raising awareness in our community.

Impact criteria: Number of people reached.
